Sebastian established MOSC in April 2007, in its original form the Midlands Training Consortium.

Sebastian has worked in a variety of offstage technical roles in theatre since 1972, including stage, lighting, flying, props, construction, stage engineering, projection, exhibition, and management.  He left the Midlands Arts Centre in Birmingham in 2008, after 17 years as Technical & Building Services Manager, at the start of MOSC.

Chris first became involved with MOSC in it's original form of the Midlands Training Consortium, being a founder member, out of a realisation that there are needs for all technical managers in the West Midlands that could be addressed through sharing information in a regular forum.
